I don’t know much about the source material but I’m guessing this whole situation is very dark indeed. So far there seems to be a lot of dice rolling, some weird looking art work and an ongoing story which reminds me of The Binding of Isaac for some reason. Moving up and down floors while cops and other nasties turn up. Rolling dice to reach the right resources to solve cases while trying to avoid being killed or losing your mind. I kind of expected a simple cash in on the IP, but so far there’s a bit more depth and I’m liking the push your luck aspect going on here. There’s a bit of Yahtzee with regards to the dice rolling and each of the characters has there own powers. I’m currently intrigued as to how it will pan out. But so far, so good.
